This beauty is a great example of Pininfarina Classic Italian Design, 2.0 L double overhead cam fuel injected roadster with leather interior and the collectable Quadrifoglio trim package. This 1989 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio was sold new by Roger Beasley Alfa Romeo of Austin, Texas and spent time within the state and Ohio before being acquired by the seller in December 2019. The car is finished in red over gray leather and powered by a fuel-injected 2.0-liter inline-four paired to a five-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes a black convertible top, Quadrifoglio-specific bodywork, 16″ Forgeline wheels, Bilstein shocks, an aftermarket exhaust system, air conditioning, and a Pioneer touchscreen head unit. Work performed during the seller’s ownership has consisted of replacing the brake master cylinder, fuel filter, axle shaft seal, and tires. This Spider Quadrifoglio is offered at no reserve with a removable hardtop and rolling stand, a soft top boot, removed parts, factory wheels, manufacturer’s literature, service records from new, the factory spare key and leather key tag, a clean Carfax report.
The car is finished in Alfa Red, and Quadrifoglio models came equipped with a color-matched removable hardtop, unique side skirts and valances, and an integrated black decklid spoiler. Aftermarket 16″ Forgeline wheels are wrapped in 205/50 Pirelli Cinturato tires that were mounted in February 2020. The suspension has been modified with Bilstein shocks and sway bars. Removed factory wheels are included with the car.
The cockpit features gray leather seats, red carpets, and a black dashboard and center console. Amenities include electric windows, air conditioning, a digital clock, and aftermarket wood shift knob, and a Pioneer AVH-3500NEX touchscreen head unit with Apple CarPlay. The factory cassette stereo and shift knob accompany the car.
A replacement Momo steering wheel frames a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline along with gauges for oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and coolant temperature.
The twin-cam 2.0L inline-four features Bosch fuel injection and was rated at 115 horsepower when new.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. An aftermarket exhaust system has been fitted.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with the factory spare key, a leather key tag, and service records from new.
