Lincoln
Founded in 1917 and part of Ford since 1922, Lincoln is known for refined, comfort-focused American sedans and SUVs.
Founded in 1917 by Henry Leland — who had earlier founded Cadillac — Lincoln was acquired by Ford in 1922 and became its luxury division. The brand built some of America's most recognizable formal cars, including the Continental and the Town Car, and helped create the luxury SUV market with the Navigator in 1998. Lincoln's focus has consistently been quiet, comfort-first motoring rather than outright sportiness.
