Saturn
A General Motors brand from 1985 to 2010, Saturn was created to offer straightforward, dependable small cars and a no-haggle buying experience.
Established by General Motors in 1985, Saturn was an unusual experiment: a separate company with its own plant in Spring Hill, Tennessee, created to win back buyers from imported small cars. It became known as much for how it sold cars as for the cars themselves, with fixed no-haggle pricing and dent-resistant polymer body panels. The S-Series, Vue and Sky sold in large numbers before GM closed the brand in 2010.
